
Cyclist Adolf Silva was injured after falling off a cliff while performing a risky maneuver during the Red Bull Rampage.
The 28-year-old Spanish athlete attempted to perform a double backflip at the event held at Zion National Park in Utah (USA), but ended up falling.
A tense video of the scene shows Silva hitting his head and rolling down the cliff before being attended to by the medical teams that were on standby.

He suffered an injury to his lower back and had to be airlifted to St. George Regional Hospital in Utah.
Despite the scare, Silva posted a photo from his hospital bed and reassured his fans. “After this first day in the hospital, I want to thank everyone for their thoughts during the night,” he said.
“I have a lumbar injury, and my focus is on my recovery. It’s great to have my family here and feel all your support.”
